I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Grand Park Inn, located in Karol Bagh, New Delhi, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. When I arrived, a warm and professional team greeted me, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. The staff at the hotel are incredibly courteous and go out of their way to make sure that all your needs are met. The rooms are well-appointed, clean, and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. The highlight of my experience was the outstanding support from the Hotel Manager, Mr. Sanjay Thakur. He went above and beyond to ensure my comfort during my stay. After returning from a late Agra tour at 3 AM, I was pleasantly surprised when Mr. Thakur arranged for staff to assist with room services immediately. His prompt and considerate approach truly made my stay memorable. In terms of value for money, Hotel Grand Park Inn offers a fantastic experience without breaking the bank. For anyone visiting New Delhi with Family and looking for a comfortable, well-located, and affordable stay, I highly recommend this hotel. Overall, a fantastic experience.

Very courteous staff. Prompt room service. They were very considerate and gave us an early check-in for one of our rooms since we had arrived early in the morning after a long journey. Would definitely consider staying here when I visit the city again.

Everything is easily accessible from the property. Very good location. The staff were very friendly and the complimentary breakfast was very tasty. You can make your choice from a menu for breakfast, lunch and even for late night dinners. Highly recommend for family and groups. The Hotel is exactly as it is from the photos posted online. Our room was very clean and spacious. The WiFi connection was very good.

The team at Grand Park Inn had all the answers we needed, and more. They made our trip safe, enjoyable and exciting. This included extra tips on how to tip, the culture and how not get scammed by the hussle of Delhi. The grand master Madan "Morpheus" Pai predicted our future and sorted out all the issues we thought we had and the ones we had not even had yet. This included being able to currency exchange and organise our very efficient driver Anil to take us quickly and safely to wherever we needed to get to. The other staff also gave amazing suggestions on our sight seeing and how to see all the temples and excitement of Delhi while stopping off at authentic, healthy and sanitary restaurants. The bell staff were also lovely and pandered to our every request, no matter what time. Thank you once again.

The staff is really helpful and kind. Always available and willing to service. The hotel is clean. There is enough hot water and they are flexible with the arrival / check out times. We received an upgrade for free in our third night. They have laundry service and is quite fast- within the same day. They have toilet paper.

- I felt safe. - Staff has been pleasantly and quickly responsive before we came at the hotel as much as during the stay. Great sense of service and you get what's shown/told (which to be honest has been rarely the case in india from my own experience). - Good location - near the metro and the karol bagh market without being completely in the congested streets (but the area still gets crowded during busy hours of the day making it difficult to even walk around the area which could be a bit overwhelming). - Rooms : clean and spacious (we took a triple bed room), quiet. There is a lift for heavy luggage and/or staff is happy to help as well to bring your stuff to the room. - there is a separation between the "showering space" and the toilets (hallelujah! So you don't have to walk wet feet in the bathroom - this is a detail but luxury point which is pleasant) :) - wifi works well - food facility is there - food is good

The Staff is exceptionally Good and very supportive. The cleanliness and hygiene is appreciable. I ordered food and found it Excellent even at very reasonable price.
